  Akindele David Akintimoye is the founder and owner of the Family & Bankruptcy Attorneys, Inc. He has been serving clients in the Inland Empire of California for more than two decades. He has been representing clients in cases involving family and bankruptcy laws and other cases of interest with dexterity and proficiency that have brought satisfactory results to his clients since June 2003. A. David Akintimoye is always looking out for the success and satisfaction of his clients within the ambits of the law. David Akintimoye holds a bachelor's and master's degrees in law. He is a Certified Specialist in Bankruptcy Law by the State Bar of California. By virtue of his certification, he is one of the top 5% bankruptcy attorneys in the field of bankruptcy law in the State of California. David Akintimoye has successfully represented over 1200 clients in family, bankruptcy and other interesting cases in various state and federal courts in Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, Los Angeles and other Counties in California. He has been recognized in Who's Who in American Law and Who's Who in America. He has won six appeals for his clients, including the most recent cases of Mildred Hudspeth v. U.S. Bank, at the California Courts of Appeals, 4th District, Division 2, appeal case number E071353 filed on January 10, 2020; and Superior Ready Mix Concrete LP v. Pablo Franco & Fabiola Franco, Appellate Division of the Riverside County Superior Court, Case No. APRI2400032, filed on September 23rd, 2024.. He was admitted to the State Bar of California on June 2, 2003. David is happily married with children.
